Search for keywords across 860+ digitised magazine issues. Full-text search is possible by importing magazine data into an Elasticsearch engine running on our own server, with custom analyzers for Latin, Greek, Arabic, and Cyrillic alphabets. Text was extracted via Optical Character Recognition from scanned issues, and result accuracy depends on the original scan's resolution. We hope the search functions act as a discovery tool rather than a definitive index — a failed search does not guarantee absence, and a successful hit requires verification against the source image.
